Sharing your booking link

Your booking page is public — anyone with the link can schedule with you. No login required for clients.

Where to put your link

  • Google Business Profile → Website or booking button
  • Instagram / Facebook bio and pinned post
  • Email signature and invoice footer
  • Text message after a quote: "Book your slot here: [link]"
  • QR code on your van, trailer, or business cards

Copy link & QR code

In your dashboard header, click Copy link to copy the full URL. Click QR code to show a scannable image clients can use from a flyer or your vehicle.

What clients see

  1. Your business name and service list
  2. Address entry — we geocode and verify your service area
  3. A calendar of available days; each time is route-checked against your existing schedule (drive times via Google Maps when configured)
  4. Contact info, optional custom questions you configure in Settings, and SMS opt-in
  5. Confirmation screen after booking

Custom booking questions

In Settings → Booking form questions, add text boxes, multiple-choice, or multi-select fields (vehicle type, pet breed, gate code, etc.). Answers appear on the appointment when a client books online.

Deep links for rebook nudges

When RouteRooster texts a past client to rebook, the link includes their zip and a suggested date so the calendar opens on the right day. No extra setup needed — it works automatically after you mark jobs completed.
