- How does the free trial work?
- You get 14 days of full access when you sign up. No card is required to start. When you are ready — or when the trial ends — subscribe from Settings → Billing or the upgrade page.
- What is included in $39/month?
- One plan covers your booking page, route-aware scheduling, client list, SMS confirmations and reminders, and rebook texts. No per-seat fees for a solo (or small 1–2 person) shop.
- Are SMS messages included?
- Yes. Booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, day-of on-my-way texts, and occasional rebook nudges are included for normal solo-operator use. Clients must opt in; they can reply STOP anytime. See SMS Messaging & Consent for details.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. After you subscribe, manage or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (Stripe customer portal). You keep access through the paid period you already purchased.
- Who is RouteRooster for?
- Solo mobile operators who drive to every job — detailers, locksmiths, pool cleaners, and similar pros. It is not built for salon chairs, multi-crew dispatch, or large field-service teams.
