Terms of Service

Agreement

By using RouteRooster to book an appointment with a service business ("Service Provider"), you agree to these Terms of Service. RouteRooster provides the booking platform; your appointment is with the Service Provider, not RouteRooster.

Booking

• You agree to provide accurate contact and address information when booking.
• Appointment availability is subject to the Service Provider's schedule and service area.
• Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by the Service Provider. Contact them directly for changes.

SMS notifications (optional)

If you opt in on the booking form, you consent to receive automated appointment-related text messages from the Service Provider at the mobile number you provide. These may include booking confirmations, reminders, day-of service updates, and occasional rebook reminders with a link to schedule again.

• Consent is not required to book an appointment.
• Message frequency varies; typically 2–4 messages per appointment, plus an optional rebook message weeks later.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact the Service Provider directly.

Service Provider responsibility

The Service Provider is responsible for performing the scheduled service, pricing, billing (outside RouteRooster), and customer communication regarding your appointment. RouteRooster is not liable for the quality, timing, or outcome of services performed by the Service Provider.

Platform availability

We strive to keep RouteRooster available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify the platform at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RouteRooster is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the booking platform or SMS notifications.
